Shivaun Ververis
Mortgage Broker and the one keeping Bluey focused on fetching the right loans.
Shivaun is a dedicated mortgage broker who is passionate about helping clients navigate the lending process with clarity and confidence. With a strong focus on understanding each client’s individual needs and goals, she specialises in structuring home and investment loans, as well as developing refinance strategies to support long-term outcomes.
She works closely with clients to identify the right solution — whether they’re purchasing their first home, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio.
Known for her detail-oriented approach and clear communication, Shivaun takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the process. She ensures they feel informed, supported, and confident in securing the right outcome in an increasingly complex lending environment.
Outside of work, Shivaun enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and making the most of everything life has to offer.

Jessica is a dedicated Parabroker driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their dream homes and investment goals, she is committed to reducing their debt assisting in enhancing their overall quality of life.
Known for her friendly and approachable demeanour, Jessica enjoys engaging in conversations with our clients. She is committed to delivering exceptional service in meeting our clients’ goals. Her dedication and loyalty to Bluey Home Loans are evident in her work ethic and commitment to our clients.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a cheerleader and a gym goer who loves staying active. She enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach and cherishing special moments with her daughter. There is also a creative side to Jessica with her interest in dance, puzzles, photography, and her love for ice skating.

Emily Holmes
Broker Support Officer and head of making sure the pack runs smoothly every day.
Emily plays a key support role within the Bluey Home Loans team, working closely with our Parabroker and our two mortgage brokers to ensure every application and process runs smoothly from start to finish. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and communication, Emily assists with the daily running of the Bluey office, helping to keep everything on track behind the scenes so our clients receive a seamless experience.
She is known for her reliability, attention to detail and proactive approach, always ready to assist wherever needed to support both the team and our clients.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys staying active, catching up with friends and family, and making the most of her downtime.
